Learning German with the Public Library Voerde

Whether you tutor one afternoon a week or teach a German course five days a week:
The public library Voerde wants to support you.
To do that we purchased several books for learning German, from pictorial dictionaries for the little ones to grammar books für advanced learners.
Furthermore we have computers and laptops with special language learning software that can be used inside the library.
During a special tour we will gladly show you and your students all possibilities they have at our library - just get in contact with us and make an appointment!
For foreign citizens:
We offer several ways to support you in learning German:
- language textbooks and dictionaries
- language courses on CD-ROM
- free online language courses
To make your arrival in Germany easier for you we also compiled some information like brochures.
Of course you can also use our computers with your library card.
If you are a refugee and bring your „Leistungsbescheid“ you can test the library for free for 3 months!
